Karen is also the Oracle & Founder of No Moss Brands, a creative marketing and branding agency here in Phoenix, AZ.
As one of the few minority-owned agencies in the country, the company hasn’t traveled an easy path. Karen has recognized the need for race conversations and the impact it has on small business owners primarily as a result of the discrimination she has faced over the last 20+ years as a marketer. This has always been a passion of hers, but one for which she can now express and receive notice.
